From 23 to 25 September 2026, students, film enthusiasts, and the public are invited to the UNAM Language Multimedia Centre for a curated programme of six films from the prestigious Cinémathèque Afrique catalogue. Representing the diversity of the Francophonie, this year's selection showcases powerful stories from across Africa and the French-speaking world, highlighting themes of identity, culture, history, resilience, and contemporary society.

The festival will feature two screenings each day, with every film followed by a panel discussion, creating an opportunity for audiences to reflect on the stories presented and engage in meaningful dialogue with invited speakers.

French Films on Campus is more than a film festival—it is a platform for cultural exchange, critical thinking, and the celebration of Francophone cinema. Through film and discussion, the festival invites audiences to discover new perspectives while exploring the richness and diversity of the French-speaking world.
