Born in Congo in ‘72, Shungu Leonard Dibale began his musical career at 17 in the band Ceca la Musica.

His career took him to Angola and then Namibia where he lived as a refugee in the Osire Camp from 2000.  It was there Chef Rumba joined the band 4X4 Too much Power for 5years before forming his own group 4X4 Legends which later became Viva Kalahari.

Promoting My Dreams, their upcoming album, Chef Rumba shares a world flavour – irresistible rhythm at FNCC.
